Shah Replaces Graham as New Britain Palm Oil Ltd CEO

Mohammed Azlan Shah has replaced Jamie Graham as the new chief executive officer of New Britain Palm Oil Ltd group. (NBPOL)

Appointed by the parent company Sime Darby Plantation (SDP) to oversee operations in the Solomon Island and PNG, Shah has more than 33 years in the industry and has started out as a plantation executive and general manager for Aceh & Riau Selatan in Indonesia. He also served as the general manager for NBPOL West New Britain. Among his past responsibilities included: head of mechanisation-precision agriculture, head of Perak South, general manager of Selangor West Zone and regional chief executive officer of Central East Region.

In January 2019, Shah became part of the biggest operation of NBPOL in West Britain.

For his part, Graham worked for 32 years at NBPOL and the PNG Agricultural sector. NBPOL country manager and chairman of PNG Palm Oil Producers Association Robert Nilkare expressed his gratitude to Graham for his dedication to PNG and its people.
